AcuityMD Quickwins Breakdown
When preparing for my interview with AcuityMD, I wanted to go beyond the usual conversation and show how I could add value right away.
I ran a site audit and designed a set of quick-win optimizations focused on conversions, engagement, and trust.
These weren’t hypothetical exercises they were practical, high-impact changes I would have recommended if I were already part of the team.
Here’s the breakdown of those five quick wins and why they matter:

Quickwin #1: Optimize the “Talk to an Expert” Page (Conversions)
Problem: Generic CTA, weak value prop, and unclear form structure.
Why it matters: Visitors hesitate when they don’t understand the value of filling out a form.
Solution: Add a stronger value proposition, upgrade the CTA text, improve field visibility, add social proof, and include visual anchors.
Impact: Boosts motivation to complete the form, reduces friction, and increases conversion rates.

Quickwin #2: Optimize Customer Story Pages (Engagement & Lead Generation)
Problem: Long, hard-to-skim headlines and dense copy slowed readers down.
Solution: Shorten headlines, add hook summaries, inline CTAs, and strengthen the “More Customer Stories” section with teasers.
Impact: Improves readability, keeps readers engaged, and encourages exploration of more case studies.

Quickwin #3: Optimize Blog Page (Content Discovery & Engagement)
Problem: Oversized headlines, lack of publication dates, and walls of text.
Solution: Add publication dates, refine H1s, standardize colors, improve image-to-text ratio, and insert inline CTAs.
Impact: Builds credibility, reduces scroll drop-off, and increases click-through at peak interest moments.

Problem: Content split into separate CMS collections, no filters, no metadata.
Solution: Centralize into one Insights Hub, add category filters, show metadata, and use featured images/snippets.
