Curious, Strategic, Human

I’ve spent over a decade building marketing systems that are both human and high-performing, from email flows and landing pages to CRM integrations and content ops.

But beyond the tools, what really drives me is curiosity. I’m always asking, “Why did that work?” or “How could this feel smoother for the user?”

Whether I’m optimizing a welcome series or debugging a workflow, I bring a mix of systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and a good amount of obsessive energy (the helpful kind).

I love working with people who care about the details, challenge ideas, and believe that great marketing is a craft, not just a campaign.

A Human Who Builds for Humans

Hey, I’m Miguel!

A Full-Stack Marketing Ops who likes fixing things that most people ignore.

Broken automations, clunky workflows, confusing emails, that’s my playground.

I help brands simplify the way they work, communicate more clearly, and build systems that actually scale.

A few years ago, I launched CraftConcepts to support small businesses in my neighbourhood after the pandemic. Most couldn’t afford agency fees, but they still needed smart strategy, clean websites, and marketing that worked. So I stepped in. That project didn’t just shape my skill set; it shaped how I work - with empathy, clarity, and zero fluff.

These days, I’m deep in the lifecycle trenches, mapping flows, refining UX, untangling data spaghetti, and yes, still rewriting button copy until it actually converts. I like strategy. I love execution. And I get genuinely excited about automations that run like a Swiss watch.

Outside of work, I’m usually writing about AI, marketing systems, or whatever rabbit hole I’ve fallen into lately. For me, writing is just another way to debug ideas and share what I’m learning, in plain language, no jargon required.

If you’re looking for someone who thinks in terms of flows, cares about details, and believes that great marketing should feel effortless (even when it’s not), I’d love to chat.
